Friends of Fluff

Life comes with events we never expect or wish for. This is one of them. We live in a rural New Mexico area, a beautiful place. Yet nothing is perfect. 

Two days ago our neighbors dog Fluff was struck by a hit and run driver who was not paying attention (normal now) who left him to die in the road. 

The owners are in no place to cover the costly medical bills, and we could not see this amazing creature be put down at the age of 18 months. 

He is our dogs best friend, and he is part of our family. We have taken on the task of getting him back to the loving and amazing dog he already is. 

His pelvic bone was broken into many pieces and he will be undergoing a major surgery at Gruda veterinary  in Santa Fe on Friday. It is going to be very costly, and it will take him a great deal of time to heal, and he will. 

We are reaching out to anyone who have a soft spot in their hearts for our furry loved ones to help give fluff a better chance in his fight. 

Normally we would handle this all on our own, but this time we need help, he needs help. 

Fluff is hands down one of the sweetest and most peaceful souls this planet has ever been blessed with.
