Help Frenchy the Frenchie

It was an evening when I walked Frenchy as usual. About 10-15minutes later, he suddenly stopped and shivered, then I realized he had trouble breathing so we rushed to the hospital. My heart stopped when seeing his tongue turning to purple. The doctor saw us right away and explained that if I waited ten more minutes he would not even stand a chance to live. Frenchy was put under oxygen supply for the next three hours along with medication to keep him calm. He was diagnosed with Brachycephalic Airway Syndrome, which is known in breeds like bulldogs. The day went on with him yelping in pain, twitching his body, and continuous panting. 

Restless hours with worry and tears, at least I have an answer and hope. The doctor recommended a surgery as soon as possible. I never like to ask for help but this is humbling me to do so to save Frenchy who is just four years old. Anything will be a blessing. Frenchy is my first pet and everyone that knows me knows how much I love him. He will be getting the surgery at Avenues Pet Hospital in San Francisco.
