Freeman Family Harvey Relief

Donation protected
My cousin, Kevin Freeman, and his wife, Leslie, had just celebrated 4 months of marriage when Hurricane Harvey hit. They bought their first home in a neighborhood along Buffalo Bayou in Houston's booming Energy Corridor. Unfortunately, due to a combination of hurricane flooding and reservoir releases, their new home was overtaken by several feet of water. Thankfully, on August 28th, they were safely evacuated by U.S. Coastguard, along with their many fur babies.

Due to the continued reservoir releases into Buffalo Bayou,  two weeks passed before the water in their home receded. They were finally able to get back into their home on September 10th and begin the long process of repairing and rebuilding.

Though they have lost so very much and have been displaced from their home for months, they have remained incredibly positive throughout this heartbreaking disaster. They are very grateful for what they DO have and for their family, friends, and church, who are volunteering their time to aid in the cleanup process. But, I know the financial strain that they are facing is great. If you would like to donate to Harvey relief, please consider Kevin and Leslie. There is no amount too small. Every little bit helps them to get back on their feet. All money raised will go toward structural repairs and home essentials. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. Please also continue to keep all of the families affected by the devastation of Hurricane Harvey in your prayers.

Thank you,
Family and friends of The Freemans
