This go fund me is made to raise lawyers fees to combat the SNT(special needs trust) for those of you who were able to catch the wonderful hosts Tess and Babs of the podcast Britney’s Gram to whom we are ever so grateful. Your familiar with the story but if for some reason you missed it here’s the summary.
Roger and Holly George (together now 22 years) are you regular whole grain American couple they worked hard all their lives finally were able to retire on a piece of property that they were left by Roger’s father and currently their marriage is the only thing standing in the way of yet another unwanted and undeserved conservatorship. As the institution of marriage is one of the few strongholds capable of fending off conservatorship even if the protection afforded is only temporary.
Using tools that are meant to help and support those who truly do have disabilities and need the support these devices provide. (Special needs trusts)Certain “creative”individuals (John Lansing esq. specifically and potentially Jodi Montgomery, an assumption made from Mr. Lansing’s semantical choices made while manipulating these tools of care and twisting them into an instrument of ruin.
This instrument gives absolute power and all tangible control of the George’s assets including their home to Jodi Montgomery. Who in her very introductory letter to the George’s informed them she would be selling their home and that if they wanted use any of the money that the sale of their home brought it in. First they would have to ask for and obtain her Agreement for her to pay for it(with their money). Additionally no where in the trust does it state that she is obligated to keep a roof over their heads or to pay for for new housing if at her sole discretion she decides to take them out from under their’s. Can you imagine owning your own home for years an asset you have always had in the back of your mind and then one day it stops being yours and the new owner is selling it and your not entitled to have a single cent of that sale because some lawyer decided to engage in libel and deception while stripping you of your ability to have or spend your own money.
Placing a stranger in charge, one who immediately declares that she is selling your home and sends you a thirty day notice to quit on or near Christmas and the date that your now scheduled to be made homeless lands on your birthday. A social worker, a lawyer, a parasite, and con-artist worked together to decimate a family who’s only offense was having a mother who didn’t roll over and die when her selfish daughter decided she should have.
Her son’s determination to protect his mother’s life from a newly acquired con artist in law, a corrupted social worker at the Motion Picture Television Funds’ skilled nursing facility, and a professional parasite, who makes her money by skimming off of other people’s hard work in life.
