Lawsuit to stop the Jacksonville Mask Mandate!

Effective Monday June 29, 2020 at 5 p.m., Mayor Lenny Curry enacted a mandatory mask requirement for public and indoor locations in Duval County,
Under this order, every person over the age of six who is in a public space shall wear a face mask or covering when not able to engage in social distancing. The mandate makes the operators and employees of business establishments the enforcers of the mask mandate, and even ADA Accommodations are put aside in this illegal order.
We at Reopen Florida Northeast Chapter are filing suit against Duval County to stop this unconstitutional mandate and end the gross abuse of government power by Mayor Lenny Curry and his office.

We have retained Attorney Anthony Sabatini, who is also a member of the Florida House of Representatives, and working hard to end similar mandates in several other Florida Counties.
ALL money raised (minus GoFundMe fees) will go DIRECTLY to costs and fees associated with fighting mandates with a lawsuit.
