Thank you so much for your contribution to our fundraiser! We know we have a high goal, and we’re hoping for the best - any amount helps us reach our end goal!
We have both been lucky enough to both physically and mentally push ourselves to the limits and endure such events like Marathons, Obstacle Course Races, Ultras (26+ miles) and Triathlons (140.6). But through these events, we also enjoy giving back. Whether it's by training others and motivating them to achieve their goals, or working to give back to charities that are special to us and our close friends.
We recently took part in the 6th Annual 50 Miles for Murph and Operations Red Wings. This is a run that Freddy started in 2013 to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and his men who passed away on June 28th, 2005. The run has slowly been growing over the years. This was Shaun's first year running, and she immediately became a leader. The Scholarship Foundation in Murph's name was the primary charity.
Shaun also recently qualified for the 70.3 Half Ironman World Championship in South Africa, which takes place later this September. A dream come true, Shaun will be competing against over 6,000 other athletes from around the world in one of the toughest athletic events out there. She will be running for Team RWB, a Veteran Non-Profit Organization.
We want to thank everyone who donates in advance to our cause, in hopes that we can continue our adventures while giving back to our communities and the charities that we hold close to our hearts. We genuinely appreciate any size donation, each bit helps us reach our goal!
