Freddie's Vet Bill

First let me say that I'm super embarrassed to be posting this. Asking for help is EXTREMELY difficult for me but I don't have a choice.

In spite working 4 jobs 6-7 days a week I really don't make that much money. Freddie has a UTI and I've had to take him to the vet twice now. The bills are quite expensive and I'm tapped out.
