Fred Lewis, a 46 year old in Mooresville NC and a single father with a 7yr old daughter, recently suffered a devastating stroke that has left him unable to speak and paralyzed on his left side . We all love Fred, his infectious smile and kindness to all. While this hurts all his loved ones who have to watch him go through this very long road to recovery , he will need our support to help with mounting medical expenses and daily necessities.
