On the morning of February 15th 2015, Frank Y. Garcia was called home to be with the Lord.  Frank Y. Garcia was loved by all. We loved him as a husband, father, grandfather, and so much more.  
Frank loved unconditionally, he gave his all in everthing he did. His legacy of love , kindness, and patience will live  in our hearts and memories forever.
