Frank's Stroke Fund
Frank is a Frenchie puppy who is owned by my best friend, Sheri Himmaugh. She also always dreamed of owning a Frenchie puppy and all those dreams came true when she was finally able to get Frank!
Unfortunately, Frank has been having some strange medical issues in the last couple weeks. He started throwing up which progressed into major symptoms of vestibular disease.
A recent MRI showed that Frank had a stroke. There is a vascular lesions on his right brain stem. No explanation as to why yet.
It’s left him with a head tilt and a not so straight stance and that he’s on 4 meds twice a day to try to help.
Frank will need a full cardiac work up to determine what caused the stroke.
He will need an echo (ultrasound of his heart), an abdominal ultrasound, and a variety of bloodwork. Along with daily medication to improve his symptoms.
As we all know, veterinary bills add up and add up quickly! Please help me raise some money to help cover some of Frank's medical bills, which have already far surpassed my goal of $5,000.
I spoke with Sheri and she has pledged to donate any additional proceeds to a help other animals in need.
