Frank Penkava Medically induced Coma

My name is Gina, older sister to Frank Penkava. You may have seen on the news that my brother was brutally beaten for asking a neighnor to turn down thier music at 230am. He was beaten with a weapon. He is a son, brother, father, friend and an amazing man. He has been in ICU in a medcially induced coma for the last 9 days.. He needs life saving surgery however he is not stable enough. He has a long road ahead and many surgeries in his future. He has been in a medcially induced coma for 9 days now..  he is not stable enough at this time to do surgery.  This means he will be in the hospital for a long time..  We are looking to collect funds to offer a reward for information leading to an arrest of these criminals as well as there are bills that need be paid and and attornies that need retainers. Please help me help him. Pray for my brother.
