Frank Koualczuk's Funeral Fund

Four and a half years ago, Frank was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called mastocytosis.  Frank lost his fight on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at the young age of 50.   Frank and his family have fallen on hard times since his diagnosis.  Frank was unable to work due to this disease.  His wife, Lisa, is a cancer survivor and continues to have her own health issues, but has continued to work full time through Frank's treatments and her own surgeries.   Frank did not have life insurance and the cost of a funeral is very expensive.  I have set up this fund to help the Koualczuk Family pay for a funeral for Frank.  No donation is too big or too small and will be greatly appreciated.
