Frank Hays Memorial Fund

My dad Frank Hays had a heart attack and passed away unexpectedly last Friday.  He has a brother, Herb Hays, who lives with several disabilities. Herb is an exceptional person who requires some extra care and isn't able to have normal employment. Frank helped support Herb financially. Now that Frank has passed away, Herb is losing a brother and also a significant part of his financial support. It would be a deeply meaningful gift to my father to make a donation to help support Herb. The funds will be maintained in a special account that is already set up to help Herb with his expenses.
