HELLO EVERYONE!
So, as we all know, I'm Effie. Hello, hi, how ya doin? :)
I'm restarting this campaign because woowee life's been a little intense since American Idol ended.
But! I've been very hard at work this past month and a half. I am very lucky to have found an amazing producer who agreed to help me get this project off the ground for no cost, and things are sounding AMAZING. Now, we want to make this sound as amazing as possible. We're looking to hire an orchestra for some songs, as well as some session musicians to help amplify some of the tunes to their full potential. I want to be able to pay these people AND my producer in the long run.
A little about the project- it has changed entirely since I first began it. Its a full length 12 track album, with a few singles being released beforehand. It's called "Better" and it's a dark, emotionally raw album, recorded all live so far- me, and a grand piano with some mood setting production in the background. I'm VERY excited about it and everyone who's heard some of the first mixes has been very optimistic about it as well.
I need your help- as many can guess, the reality tv experience is not all it's cracked up to be. Of course I am eternally thankful for them and their platform, but I sacrificed a lot to make it that far and I need help getting my life sorted out and maintaining this project at the same time.
I appreciate anything and everything- i sincerely mean that.
