Francesca and Nika go to NSJP!
Hi everyone!
Francesca and I will be going to the National Students for Justice in Palestine conference at UCLA from November 16-18th to meet delegates from other SJP chapters and strengthen our own chapter at Yale. To make these crucial connections and learn new skills, we're asking folks who are able to chip in what they can to help us cover our travel costs: roundtrip tickets to LA, ground transportation, and registration fees. We've been lucky enough to receive funding from NSJP which has helped a ton, but we would greatly appreciate any additional help from the community to afford the journey! Even if we don't meet our goal, your contribution will spare us hours working that we can spend toward SJP. Thank you thank you thank you!
NOTE: Thank you SO much for your generous donations! We have now reached our goal and will use this as an opportunity to fundraise for future students in YSJP!! We will be keeping track of our expenses (we expect them to be around $1,150-250 and $630 of which will come from NSJP) and will give leftover donations to Yale SJP for future conferences, travels, and events. The goal is now $1,000, and all donations will be used by students toward SJP efforts!! Thank you so much for supporting students working toward justice for Palestine.
