Help Frances Make Her Thesis Short Film "Room 254"

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, production of “Room 254” has been postponed to Fall 2020.
Hi everyone!
Please support me in raising enough money to bring my senior thesis short film, Room 254, to life. I will be graduating from NYU this May with a degree in Psychology and Film & TV, and I would love nothing more than to share my latest project with you all that incorporates everything I've learned thus far.
In order to make this film come to life, I’m going to need YOUR help to raise enough resources AND/OR spread the word to as many people that could support this project. The entire film’s budget is $7,325. Luckily, as a recipient of a filmmaking allotment through my class at NYU, $1,325 is already covered, as well as some funds already raised by friends and family.

Here's how your donation can help:
-$50 will help provide one day’s breakfast for all our cast & crew or contribute to the set dressing for the authentic 90’s look we are going for.
-$100 will help feed our cast & crew for one day’s lunch or afford the necessary camera equipment to enhance the visual style of the film.
-$150 $150 will cover one day of filming in our hotel location.
HOWEVER, NO DONATION IS TOO LITTLE!

"Room 254" is an unusual love story that propagates the power of circumstance. The plot follows two jurors, Julia, 42, and Rosaline, 35, who have been sequestered from the outside world for 9 months in a high-profile criminal case in the year 1995. Julia, an elementary school counselor, is a wife and mother of two boys. Rosaline, a freelance writer and waitress, only has to worry about herself in life. The two develop a close relationship throughout the trial, relying on one another to keep grounded and sane amidst the chaos. On their last night together before the verdict is read, Julia and Rosaline must confront the implications of the intimate relationship they've developed over the 9 months before returning to the lives they left behind.
Ultimately, this film will explore a theme of deep connection under extremely isolating circumstances...
