My name is Frances Garner and I am fundraising for my Eagle Scout project. My project is to prevent avoidable bird-strikes and deaths by applying a special UV film to the windows at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. This process requires us to thoroughly wash the windows, along with measuring, cutting, and applying the film. The money I raise here will help me to cover the cost of the film, tools, equipment, and food we will be using during the project. Any extra money will go back to my Troop!
