Help Framingham Family

Our friend was detained last Monday, May 22nd and has been in detention ever since. He is a father who has lived in Framingham for the last 18 years. The family has an 8 year old and a newborn 2 month old that is undergoing surgery. He is the primary breadwinner in the family. He worked in a landscaping company for 12 years and just started his own company. The family are beloved members of Framingham, of our parent group La Voz de la Comunidad and the church St. Stephen’s.

The family needs lots of help and support in the upcoming weeks and months. For now we’re not sharing the name of the family because the wife is going through her own immigration case. If you have any questions, you can contact their family friend T.J  (English/Spanish) [phone redacted].

Here’s how you can help:

Donate here to the family’s GoFundMe for rent and utilities
Donate gift certificates to Market Basket or Target
Donate healthy groceries and hot dishes for the mama and her two children
Donate diapers, baby formula and clothes for 1 month old+ male baby
Donate toys or books for an 8 year old boy and 3 month old baby
If you leave your name and phone number/email, the family will reach out and thank you! Thanks!
