Hi, I'm Jacob Hayes, I run Country Classics and I'm rallying support for the Alzheimer's Association. My grandfather has Alzheimer’s and it’s been hard on my family and I seeing him slip away. This disease is terrible and hopefully one day we will have a cure. This organization is dedicated to creating a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
