My name is Millie. I am a mother to five of the greatest kids and wife to a loving husband.
May of 2014 I had to leave my job that I loved very much due to the chemo treatments were making it unbearable.
I have been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer and positve for the brca1 gene.
After going through rounds of chemotherapy,
On September 02,2014 as my children were preparing for their first day back to school, I was being prepped for a bilateral mastectomy.
October 09,2014 my scan results came in. After reviewing its findings with my Oncologist it shows that there are additional masses that I will start new rounds of treatment for within the next few weeks.
During all of this with only one income our family has encountered monthly as well as daily living expenses.
I am asking for donations not only for myself but more so for my children. They are my whole world.
