Helping get Aiden home

Aiden Deno Escue. Ariana's water broke at 22 weeks and was rushed to Eglin ER. From there she was transferred to the best hospital in Florida, Sacred Heart. She was on bedrest for 2 weeks before dilating and going into labor on July 13, 2014. At this point she was 24weeks and 3days pregnant. Aiden made his appearance at 10:48pm and was born weighing 1lb 7oz and 12.4 inches long. He was born extremely premature and born with a lung infection, on top of his lungs not being fully developed. He was born with jaundice and had to go under phototherapy. He was put on high respiratory help instantly and was fighting. He is now 3 months and weighs 3lb 3oz and is such a strong little man with a huge personality.  He has gone to the OR twice. Once for a PDA ligation to get his heart murmur closed, and once to get a central line put in since it took 14 pokes to get 1 IV that went bad after 30min. He is now going back and fourth from SIPAP to CPAP with our goal to get onto the nasal cannula. He is tollerating his feeds well after having an OD tube taken out and an OG tube put in. He still is struggling respiratory wise but getting better. He is also strong enough to push his arms up and turn his head side to side. He smiles all the time and you can tell is so content when getting his books read to him. Our goal is to be able to take him home with us by Christmas. The reason for the gofundme account is so we can get help to bring him all the way home to CA for Christmas. All of our family is back in CA and being that Anthony is military the only chance we get to come home is Christmas or we would have to wait until next September or later once Anthony is done with training. Any little bit helps and can contribute to airfare as well as food and necessities along the way. We have talked to the NICU Dr's and we have a game plan for him to be able to go on a flight so now we just need a little help to get him home to see family and buy things he may need to travel. We appreciate all the help and all the support we have been receiving for little Aiden.
