Daniel's gift for his little boys

Since being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, Daniel has continued to prove his dedication to his work and his family.

Within the last couple weeks, Daniel went to the hospital because he was feeling pains. The doctors admitted him and ran tests to find out he had a severe infection resulting from the cancer and was showing no signs of diminishing. Over the next couple of days, his condition deteriorated and the doctors notified the family that they did not expect Daniel to make it through the next 48 hours.

Daniel’s dedication to his wife, Aimee, his boys, Aiden who is 5 and Noah at 3 years old, gave him such a strong desire to continue his fight.  Daniel stayed with us for 7 days longer than the doctors expected. On 10/10 Daniel passed away at the hospital.

With the recent circumstances surrounding Daniel’s situation we, Stork employees, have come together and started a Go Fund Me Account.  This account will allow family, friends and co-workers to financially assist the Billstein family. This account has been created to financially help the family deal with the loss, we consider it Daniel's gift to his boys.
