Oliver's heart surgery

Hello everyone my name is Oliver (but my mommy likes to call me Nuggy because I only grew to the size of a small nugget). My mommy rescued me from the breeders who wanted to put me down because I never grew to the right size and no body would ever want to buy me. This is my third major surgery since I was born. I had both of my ear canals removed when I was only 6 six years old and then I had my palate expanded. My family recently found out that I have a large tumor in my chest which is about the size of a tennis ball (you can see it on my chest X-Ray). My CT scan showed the tumor is a chemodectoma and has already caused me to have two seizures. My mommy has planned the surgery before my golden birthday. I will turn 8 years old on December 8th! The surgeon is going to remove part of the covering surrounding my heart and is also going to implant beads which will guide radiation therapy to shrink my tumor.  I would love to get a job to help my mommy with the vet bills but my  little legs don't move very fast and I get tired very easily.  Any bit helps, even a dog bone would make me smile! Wish me luck for my surgery this upcoming week
