Fotini's trip to the Holy Land 2017

Dear Friends and Family,



This summer I have the opportunity to go to the Holy Land to volunteer at an Orthodox Christian School in Bethany. I will be travelling with some young adults from St. Xenia Orthodox Church in Methuen, Massachusetts. The school is run by a lovely group of nuns, led by Sister Martha. Many of the girls at the school have extensive needs, and with all of the duties assigned to the nuns, they have a great need for people to come and give their time in order to keep up with everyday tasks. In addition, I hope to see the Holy Sites of our Lord. The reason why I considered this mission trip is that I have a tremendous love for children, a desire to serve the church, and to walk where Christ walked. This is not the first time I have asked for your support, as many of you have so wonderfully sponsored my family on previous mission trips. My goal is to raise $3,000. I humbly ask that you would foremost pray for this journey, and if you are able to financially support me that would be most appreciated as well.
