<div>El Forn Pastisseria Baixauli es un negocio familiar fundado hace más de 300 años, pasando de padres a hijos y a nietos. El pasado mes de agosto, Vicente Baixauli se jubiló después de 50 años de trabajo, los últimos 10 como responsable del Forn. Ante la insistencia de nuestra familia y del pueblo de Picanya para que no cerrara, su hijo y su sobrino Batiste decidieron reabrir en septiembre con nuevas ilusiones, manteniendo la tradición que siempre ha sido el emblema del antiguo Forn Quatre Cantons e innovando con nuevos productos. Además, Amparo decidió continuar en esta nueva etapa para aportar su experiencia.

<div>De esta manera, el negocio familiar se renovaba y actualizaba, asegurando su continuidad con una generación joven llena de ilusión, esperanza y la misma pasión por seguir brindando lo mejor a nuestros vecinos.

<div>Sin embargo, la riada provocada por la DANA ha dejado daños materiales severos y se ha llevado por delante toda la maquinaria, devastando el esfuerzo de tantos años. Esta tragedia nos afecta profundamente como familia, y también nos duele por todas aquellas personas que nos habéis apoyado durante todos estos años.

<div>Abrimos este fondo de donaciones para recaudar los recursos necesarios y así poder comprar nueva maquinaria y devolverle al Forn Pastisseria Baixauli el lugar que merece en el corazón de Picanya. Las aportaciones pueden ser tanto económicas como en forma de materia prima o maquinaria (mostrador, fermentadora, arcones, expositor refrigerado para tartas...).

Last August, Vicente Baixauli retired after 50 years of dedicated work, with the last 10 as head of the bakery.
