<div>Last year, I witnessed my partner Laura face incredible challenges as she struggled with her mental health. What struck me most was the outpouring of support from the dog agility community. Strangers became friends, offering words of encouragement, help, and thoughtful gifts. It was humbling to see how a shared passion for our sport could connect people in such a profound way.

<div>This experience has inspired me to give back, which is why I've chosen to support Forever Agility and SHOUT by taking on the National 3 Peaks Challenge. I've seen first hand how mental health struggles can be hidden behind a mask of normalcy. People often said Laura seemed fine just weeks before her struggles became overwhelming. But I watched her struggle.

<div>I spent countless hours researching ways to help her whilst sat in hospital with her as we battled through.

<div>By sharing my story and undertaking this challenge, I hope to raise awareness and support for those affected by mental health issues. If my journey can help just one person, it will all be worth it.
