Forestridge Haunt 2024

Hi, my name is Marlene. I have been involved in helping raise money for Variety, The Children's Charity, for over 30 years. While as a teacher in Vancouver, I started a club called Variety so students in school could help the less fortunate children in B.C. We did several fundraising events throughout the school year; one of our most essential fundraisers we selling Gold Hearts. I continued the fundraising by decorating our home at Halloween and Christmas time. Children have always been very important to my life, especially those with special needs.

After receiving various responses from the community, we have decided to continue the Halloween tradition. Thanks to the amazing community we raised $5,000 for Variety, the Children’s Charity last year.

We have changed our display to be even bigger and better than last year. Hoping you will continue to support our display which will be open October 1st till the 31st. Lights will go on nightly from 6PM to 10PM. On Halloween night there will be live monsters to liven up the spooky experience.
