Forest Drive Fire

My name is Heather Mazro Borkowski and last night at around 10:00 PM my parents' townhouse caught on fire in Piscataway. My mom, dad, brother and fur brother Ziggy all were able to get out okay, but the house is currently deemed unlivable and at this point we truly don't know what is left. They are currently displaced to a local hotel for a few days, but the recovery is going to take a lot longer than that. I love my family with all my heart, so hearing this news from 900 miles away is truly gut wrenching.

All funds that are donated are going straight to my parents for food, basic needs and to hopefully get them into a new place to live until we know more about the house. My dad is currently retired, and my mom works at one of the schools locally.

I am turning to the power of the internet to try to help get my family get what they need. A simple share can go a long way. My family has never been one to ask for help, so I am asking for them.
