<div>A friend and fan of Veronica’s of thirty-five years, I was with her on a road trip to both our childhood homes mid-state Illinois close to each other’s near Route 66 from November 13 to the 15th. We had a beautiful time with her mama, enjoyed a mani-pedi afternoon and made some new friends.

<div> Alas, on her return trip back to upstate New York, she met with an accident on the evening of the 19th about an hour from her scheduled stop for the night.
