For The Love Of Madison Mae

Donation protected
An extremely special, loving couple had to experience the worst fears of any parent. On September 8, 2020, at 38 weeks and 4 days into her pregnancy, Kelly Marquez stopped feeling her daughter, Madison Mae, move. Kelly and her husband, Nate Marquez, went to OB triage where the nurses were unable to find Madison's heart beat via a monitor or ultrasound. Their doctor confirmed the worst; sweet precious Madison Mae had passed away. Kelly was induced, and Madison was born that evening. Kelly and Nate held their daughter for too little a time, having to leave the hospital without her.

The grieving process has been extremely difficult. Kelly's depression and anxiety have made even the simplest tasks extremely difficult. Additionally, Nate unexpectedly had to switch jobs (thank you 2020). Taking time off to care for Kelly, as well as his own grieving, created an unfortunate, and unavoidable financial stress.

Kelly and Nate need our help to get through this. Between the medical emergency bills, counseling, funeral costs, mementos to remember sweet Madison Mae, and other unexpected financial losses, they've been left in a hardship. Any help is deeply appreciated. Even if you are unable to help contribute monetarily, keeping this family, and their two children, in your prayers and thoughts as they honor the short life of Madison Mae is appreciated.

Kelly and Nate are extremely private, personal people. They ask this help with a heavy heart, and would like to send this note:

"Saying goodbye to our Madison Mae, our precious daughter who was too perfect for this Earth, was never something we imagined we would have to do. Although our grieving has not been easy, we have received an outpouring of love, care, food, prayers, and support. Everyone has truly brought love, comfort, and spirit into our lives. We have felt your prayers; they are palpable. We have felt your grieving and mourning, as you mourn with us. Your prayers have brought peace to our hearts. We want to say we deeply appreciate all that has already been done for our family during this time."
