Bris is a wonderful Co-Worker and Friend of ours who is facing a difficult/Challenging time in life right now and we want to make it a lot easier and stress free as we can for her while she is away from work. and so that is why we have gathered together to put on this Go Fund Me page.
Here is a little bit about Bris' story
Bris started working at Sherbrooke in Oct. 2008 in the Moving on and Community Day Program. She working in the Insight program in April of 2015 *Insight is a Sherbrooke Mobile Art program that supports Elders in living with dementia.
Bris currently holds a perm. part time position in the Community Day Program.
Bris was Diagnosed with Breast Cancer in Aug. 2017. she had surgery in Sept. 2017 and than went through and Completed Chemo Therapy. Her Breast Cancer has since than returned in April of this year since then she has had 2 surgeries. Bris is Currently recovering from these surgeries and will Continue with Radiation therapy throught out the summer.
Bris will not be able to work during this time and this is why we are hoping to raise some money. To help her supplement her income and make things easier for her and her Family During this challenging time in life.
