For the benefit of Brady Hammon

Paralyzed at the age of 14, Brady struggled and persevered through his disability to help others through social work and counseling. Unfortunately his injuries have further deteriorated and he has found himself hospitalized since last year battling two sepsis infections, an abscess, and needing spinal reconstruction. After more than a year of daily wound care, multiple surgeries and long term hospitalizations, his condition has developed in such a way that he now has to make drastic adjustments to his environment to perform simple day to day tasks.

We are only seeking assistance for Brady to help him get back to helping others. Donations will be used for the equipment needed within his household to assist with basic tasks such as transitioning from his chair to his shower or bed, as well as a remodel to accommodate this equipment in his home. He will need adjustments made to his vehicle for the same purpose.

For a man who has lived independently with his injuries for 32 years, it is not in his nature to make such requests. He has resolved to cover the millions in medical bills on his own but unfortunately there is no federal or state assistance he qualifies for to make these changes. Only through your generosity can we help a man who made the best of his situation and dedicated himself to the service of others.
