For our girl Kat

Kat: Courageous, beautiful inside and out, selfless, caring, kind, an incredible teacher, intelligent and the list could go on and on.

Our beautiful Kat is going through the unimaginable at the moment. From what started as a fairly routine removal of her appendix due to appendicitis, soon became very serious with the diagnosis of stage 4 cancer which had spread to several of her organs.

As Kat’s type of cancer is very rare she will need to travel interstate several times and with lengthy stays to receive the treatment she so desperately needs. Kat and her husband have moved in with her parents so she can receive the daily care and support she needs and have added help navigating frequent specialist appointments. 

Being the selfless person Kat is, I know she wouldn’t want people fussing over her but I feel this is finally an opportunity to give back to such an amazing woman that has given so much to others.
