There is an Angel Among us. Flowers Plantation residents have benefitted from the kindness of an area resident for years. Steve Sandberg, of Mill Creek West, says he  enjoys picking up the litter trash left along the Neuse River Parkway and South Murphrey Road. And, on occasion, his honesty sparkles when he returns a lost and found wallet or set of keys. He helps to keep a beautiful drive through FP looking beautiful.
