Recently we rescued a large dog one night about 7 weeks ago. my wife was taking her out to go to the bathroom unfortunately the dog seen a cat and pulled her out the door into a six-by-six post. She ended up with a concussion and a laceration that required 26 stitches and blew out the orbital floor of her right eye requiring a plate to be put in. She also ended up breaking her neck at C5. she is now required to wear a cervical collar 24/7 7 days a week so no work since last October. It may be until the end of February before she can even get back to work. While they were taken to CT scans they found two nozzles one in her thyroid and one in her right lung. My wife has been a nurse for over 30 years taking care of the elderly we are not looking for a handout just a hand up thank you.
