For my dad - Alan R Perkins

This is hard for me to ask, but our family needs your help. My dad Alan R. Perkins went to be with our Lord and those that went before him yesterday afternoon, January 22, 2018, after a very short battle with acute severe pancreatitis. His passing was unexpected and something that did not even enter our minds yesterday when we woke up. His passing has turned our family's world upside down. My dad served his country in the United States Air Force for 20 years, he loved his country and was proud of his service. My mom and him were married for 36 years and he loved his family and friends with his whole heart. He loved photography, indian artifacts and anything electronic. He was a great man with every being of his soul. Unfortunately, as often times happen, planning for something like this is talked about but plans are never finalized or put in place and as discovered, my dad for whatever reason cashed in his life insurance policies numerous years ago, so we are left trying to figure out what to do and how to do it. Many of you have asked what we or my mom need or what you can do to help and really at this time, this is what we need. We appreciate anything you can give. We thank you for all the sweet words and prayers - it truly means everything to us to know that my dad was loved by so many. He will be greatly missed each and every day.
