Dear friends, family and loved ones of Kathy,
As most of you are aware Kathy was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and is now recovering comfortably at home. While she has all the love and support around her, I know we all feel like we want to do something for Kathy, Al and the family because we love them. Many of us do not have the luxury of being in Kaslo to drop off homemade soup, cookies, coffee, hugs & kisses.
My dilemma was "What can I possibly do to help????" The light bulb went on and "Gofundme" shone through. As much as I would like to support the local flower shop, I believe this page, and your support, will offer Kathy and family much, much more to add to their comfort during this healing time. And, heck, she can go out and buy her own flowers from the local flower shop, if that's what she wants to do ~ or Al can buy Kathy flowers (even better~ hee) !
In any event, I wanted to share this with as many of you as possible and would ask that you share it with all those who know Kathy, Al & family as well and spread the love. Thank you.
