This fund is to help take some of the financial burden from the family with funeral costs so they have a little less to worry about.
£400 of this funding is to go towards memorial signage being put along river in popular swim spots warning of undercurrents and dangers of swimming in the river and important lifebuoys being replaced.
Hopefully Jems legacy will help to prevent any future tragedy taking place in the tiefi
