<div>Our beautiful Effie, is just six months old and already fighting a battle no child should ever have to face.

<div>On the 23rd of January, Effie became critically unwell and was diagnosed with a serious heart condition. Since then, her parents Charlene &amp; Kieran’s world has been hospital rooms, machines, and moments of waiting that feel endless.

<div>Her medical team in Crumlin have confirmed that Effie urgently requires specialist treatment in the UK with the possibility she may need a heart transplant in the future. We are currently waiting for a bed to become available so she can be transferred.

<div>At the suggestion of the hospital we her family have set up this fundraiser to help ease the immense pressure that comes with relocating abroad for life saving treatment.

<div>In the coming weeks for up to 2 years, Charlene &amp; Kieran will need to leave home and their support networks behind to remain by Effie’s side every single day. They will face travel costs, long-term accommodation near the hospital, daily living expenses, and the emotional strain of balancing life between two countries.

<div>Right now, their only focus should be holding Effie’s little hand and helping her heal.

<div>Effie has already shown strength far beyond her tiny body. She is deeply loved, stronger than you could imagine, and surrounded by hope.
