Thank you guys. Im makin a comeback, i promise

Hi guys! Your buddy Dave here. As i approach my 15th week here in bed recovering, i wanna take the time to thank the 90+ people who have donated to this GoFundme, the dozens of freinds who have taken time out to come visit me at home and in the hospital, and for the hundreds of cards, letters and care packages i have received ove the last 3 months. Wow!
Without all this support from my freinds i might have thrown in the towel weeks ago. Honestly, im not handling this in the bravest way possible. Ive been stressed, depressed, pessimistic and scared af. But evertime i get super down in the dumps, yall remind me of how beatiful life is and give me the encouragement to get thru everyday. One at a time. Im just SO fuckn  lucky just to be alive, and even luckier to have so many people who love and care for me. Thank You all so much. I plan on thanking each and every one of you individually as soon as im more fit.
   So, as most of you know, i was hit, and then run over by a drunk driver while crossing the street here in Jax bch. As a result, my lower back broke and my pelvis was broken in several places requiring an external fixator which is a series of bars and rods that are screwed into my hips. My urethra was sheered from my bladder as well, requiring a supra pubic catheter, which is a plastic bag i piss in thru a hose coming out of my stomach.  Ugh is right! Sucks bad. The constant pain, discomfort and immobility has pretty much already drivin me nuts. Yikes!
   Finally, coming up the day after Christmas, i will be headed back into the hospital for my orthapedic surgery on the 27th to hopefully remove the rods from my pelvis and hips so i can start phisical therapy to learn to walk again so i can be well enuff to set a date with the urologist to do the reconnect my plumbing surgery.  Yikes!
Unfortunately, i have no insurance and have yet to be approved for medicade or anything like that. The hospital, er, doctor visits and these horrifying surgery bill are goin to exceed well over $100k, and any kind of settlement i might get in court to pay for this is a long time coming. Possibly years. *sigh*
My concern is, tho it might sound silly, is that i want these upscale surgeons to do theyr best work they'll ever perform, with top priority, care and importance. Not just patching up some charity case.
So, at the risk of sounding like a bum, im askin if yall throw a little loot into my bank so after the dr. bills eat thru the drivers minuscule insurance claim, and thats pretty much done, i will have some money to show i have something for whatever comes next.  I know. Lame. I feel the same way. I never EVER expected to be in a position like this.
BUT, heres the kicker.. one of my gardian angels, "Anonymous", has volunteered to match every donation to this GoFundme dollar for dollar! That means if yall kickdown $5,he/she will make it $10! $100 to $200 ect ect..

UPDATE: 1/22/19
  Okay peeps.. So, surgery was canceled today because i had no insurance and the medicaid hadnt been approved. I had been filing for it since the incident occurred and been denied a couple times. I, of course, assured my surgeon that i would be approved, i went thru the all the steps this time and last Friday they called and said they would let me know if im eligible on the 22nd, today, the same day as my opperation. So when i woke up and called them they cancelled. I hadnt even slept. I stressed out all day waiting to hear from medicaid. I was flippin out yall! Checkin online every 15mins, talking to robots all day. Nothing. There is nothing i want more than to have this fukn shit done. I called and was on hold for litterally hours until 4:55pm a human finally answered and told me ive been APPROVED! Yay! Medicaid will cover, like, eighty percent of my bills. I dont know if you guys understand, but just my first initial trip to the trama unit was $221K. Yes, that hundred thousands! Yikes! I didnt relize almost getting killed was so expensive yo. This coming surgery is so expensive i dont even wanna say. Nuts. The broke ass family who hit me aint payin for it thats for sure. This medicaid is the miracle i have, or more to the point, my doctors have been waitin on. lol. So of course by the time i gathered the info, the urologist department was closed. So 1st thing in the morning i can let them know and they will rescedual my opperation. Yay! So super good news. I really didnt want these upscale doctors goin into this as if they were patching up some charity case ya know? Urologist sure wasnt havin it! lol. Now that yall get the picture a little better, hit up the Gofundme jawn again please. Keep me in your thots and prayers, and stay in touch with me best you can because i love you all.
