Help Joshua focus on his Year Out!

We all know that gap years are a luxury for people who are able to afford to take a year out from studying or work for personal development. For those living in the city, and from households without the means to fund a whole year, gap years are something that is not possible without working and often worrying about finances. I really want to support someone who has decided to take a gap year to grow in a spiritual, personal, and professional capacity.
Joshua is 19 and from Hoxton, London. He is from a single-parent household and whilst Joshua's mum is able to help support him in part, Joshua is also looking for a job, so he can work throughout the year. I would love for Joshua to not have to work too many hours and we believe it takes a community to raise the next generation, so would love for us to do our bit where possible.
Joshua is taking a year out in Brighton, to spend some time serving in the local community. LDY is a Leadership Development Year where Joshua will be taught theology, grow as a leader, and serve as part of a ministry.
I have been thinking about what I can do in regards to the Black Lives Matter movement, and I am trying to find ways we can elevate and celebrate black boys from London. So I am reaching out to my community to ask if we can help fund some of Joshua's gap year. He will need to cover the following;
Rent and Living Costs (household bills, food, and travel)
His rent is £300 a month for 11 months which is our £3,300 goal! Any more that is raised will be put towards his household bills and food.
I cannot wait to see how much Joshua grows this year and I would love for him to focus on growing, and not spending his time worrying about money.
