For Bankruptcy And Vehicle Repairs

We are in a dire situation. Our finances are beyond what we can handle and our creditors are taking legal action. Of which, one will be taking the monthly SSI payment we receive for Niall. That is really the only thing that is keeping us alive right now, and those funds in reality need to be used solely for Niall and support for him.

On top of this, we just found out that our Jeep needs major repair work (transmission and radiator) and we need our vehicle to survive where we live (with Kathy doing the small amount of respite/home health care work that she does) because there is no reliable consistent public transportation.

We started the process of filing for bankruptcy, but have only been able to save up part of the money. The balance is due mid September.

We are hoping that we will be able to get the rest of the money to declare bankruptcy, and part of the money for the truck repair and finally be on the road to starting over.
