Single Mother/Crohn's Patient

Some of you may not know but I suffer from Crohn's Disease. Crohn's is an unpredictable, chronic, lifelong disease that causes inflammation of the digestive system, or gastrointestinal (GI) tract. About 500,000 adults in the United States have Crohn's disease. It can occur in people of all ages, but it is usually diagnosed between the ages of 15 and 35. As a single mom, living with Crohn's is far from easy and it often places a heavy toll on my physical body. Because of this disease, I am unable to sustain continual employment. The financial demands of raising a child, while covering rising medical expenses is a burden I find it extremely hard to carry alone.
That is why I need your help. Your donations will help cover the cost of prescription drug treatment, doctors visits, as well as contribute toward monthly living expenses (rent, utilities, phone) for me and my daughter.
