Hi there,

My name is Tatiana, Alexander is like a little brother to my siblings & me. We've literally known him since he was born.

Our Mother's met in the hospital while having their babies.

They had so much in common and both ended up having boys, Alexander was born 2 days before my little brother Alex. Yes, both babies were given the same name. Here they are in May 2013.. Handsome young men....

I don't think it was coincidence, more like fate bringing 2 families together. A friendship that has lasted over 32 years. They have become part of our family.

The Stoefer's family is in Germany and have a great support team (family) here in Canada with the good friends they've made. Now I'm asking all of Birgit, Heino's and Alexander's friends & family to pull together to help the people we love & care about. We know that on Wednesday, September 24th, 2014 on his way to work, Alex was in an extremely serious motorcycle accident. He is now fighting for his life. His parents haven't left his side. He is still in Critical Care and continues to need our prayers, support and positive thinking.
Needless to say, this situation is not only heartbreaking, but stressful as well.
Flowers are not allowed in the ICU and we're all praying, but I wanted to do something more. I found out about this website from a friend & thought this is perfect! This is something that all of us that love & care for Alex and his family CAN do for them.

Alexander has a long road of recovery ahead of him. I'm asking everyone to pull together and help them. The Stoefer's feel lost. Along with being emotionally and physically exhausting, this situation is financially draining. It would be terribly unfortunate for this family to have the added stress of money on top of everything else. We would like to help ease their worries as much as possible. The money raised will be used for any type of expense that comes their way during this difficult time. Let's do this for a wonderful family we care about & love...
