Food for Heather and family

Heather buys groceries at the beginning of month and keeps them in a freezer. Apparently the freezer quit running and she didn't notice until all food was bad. Including school lunches for kids that were just picked up midweek. She doesn't have the money to replace the food.  Any assistance  would be appreciated.
