<div>I have been looking for permanent work for the past 7 months. I am without the ability to drive to work until I can save up enough money to restore my car insurance, so my options are currently limited to a small local radius. I have been staying at an assortment of hotels, shelters, and friends' places based on what I can afford on any given week.

<div>I have been blessed to receive monetary assistance from several friends during this time, including one friend in particular who has helped me to the point of embarrassment. But as we head towards the end of the year, I am faced with a need to ask for help from the wider world.
