Food and Faith Program

We have become more aware of the issue of hunger in our surrouding community, and are committing to serve those who are in need of food.
We believe that providing food will help vulnerable populations, such as single parents, disabled individuals, veterans, immigrants, seniors, the homeless, the unemployed, and many others who are experiencing a challenging time.
September is Hunger Action Month, a perfect time to contribute to this cause. The Center for Spiritual Living is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in the state of Nevada, which means your monetary donations are fully tax-deductible.
Your donations will help us start a food bank to fill this need in a greater way. The Center for Spiritual Living is offering space and resources to house the program, but we need to buy shelving and bags to store and distribute the food. Once we have this infrastructure, we'll begin to buy food with your donations. 100% of donations will be spent on food and distribution expenses.
Part of our vision for this program is to provide nonperishable food that has good nutritional value, especially legumes (beans, lentils, soy, etc.) and canned meats. If you'd like to make a food donation instead, we are located at 1420 E. Harmon Ave. in Las Vegas, just off Maryland Parkway between Flamingo and Tropicana. We appreciate any and all donations!
The Center has a vision of creating a world that works for everyone, and this program is a step in that direction, We are asking our community to participate directly, and you can join us by giving to this campaign.
