Food and Bills help for Disabled Veteran Otto

This is to help pay my bills and get food. The VA doesn't give me enough monthly to live on. Any help is appreciated. I go days sometimes weeks without food and my bills have been going up. My fixed income barely pays my rent . It's embarrassing to have to do this but it's either that or starve. Thanks.
