<div>Somos Pastelería Selvi, un negocio familiar artesanal que, desde que se fundó en 1954, se ha dedicado a intentar hacer feliz a sus clientes a través de la repostería.

<div>Siempre ha pertenecido a la familia pero, debido a algunos inconvenientes, tuvo que estar durante un par de años fuera del núcleo familiar, hasta que, en febrero de este año 2024, se consiguió recuperar.

<div>La pastelería está ubicada en Aldaia, Valencia, uno de los pueblos afectados por la inundación que ha provocado la Dana, a causa de esto, todo el esfuerzo, trabajo e ilusión tras tenerla de vuelta está en riesgo.

<div>Debido al tipo de actividad, la maquinaria es bastante cara, todas las neveras y los congeladores, además de otras máquinas, se han visto afectadas y son completamente necesarias para poder seguir con nuestro trabajo. Así mismo, todo el mobiliario de la tienda y todo el género también ha quedado inservible, tenemos que volver a empezar de cero.

<div>Como este año la habíamos recuperado, no podemos costear todos estos gastos, por ello hemos abierto este crowdfunding, queremos seguir haciendo lo único que sabemos hacer bien, queremos seguir haciendo felices a nuestros clientes a través de una tarta de cumpleaños, de un cruasán, de un desayuno, de roscones en reyes, de tartas en forma de corazón para los enamorados en San Valentín, de buñuelos en fallas, de monas de Pascua, de mazapanes en Sant Donís, entre muchas otras cosas.

<div>Todos los fondos irán destinados a hacer resurgir la Pastelería Selvi, a volver a ver la sonrisa de nuestros clientes al comer nuestros productos, a dedicarnos a lo que más nos gusta hacer.

<div>En caso de que estos superen lo que necesitamos, se repartirán a la Asociación de Comercios de Aldaia, ayudando así a los negocios cercanos que también se han visto afectados por esta inesperada situación.

<div>Cualquier ayuda es significativa para nosotros y estaremos eternamente agradecidos, por suerte todos estamos bien, pero hemos perdido el trabajo de 70 años, intentaremos abrir lo antes posible y devolver toda la ayuda que nos estáis ofreciendo.
