<div>Chers amis, famille et personnes de tous horizons,

<div>Le 2 avril 2024, nous avons appris que notre ami Jérôme Lovey, 34 ans, est décédé tragiquement dans un accident d’hélicoptère alors qu’il allait déposer des clients au sommet du Petit Combin. Il laisse derrière lui sa compagne Mélanie et ses deux toutes jeunes filles, Ava (3) et Romy (1).

<div>Nous aimions tous énormément Jérôme, il était un vrai ami. Il était toujours là dès qu’on avait besoin. Perfectionniste, allant dans les moindres détails pour mener à bien ses projets, il ne voulait rien laisser au hasard. Il aimait la montagne, sa copine Mélanie et ses chères filles. Sa bonne humeur, son humour et sa joie de vivre ne laissait personne indifférent. Aussi, il aimait voler. Depuis petit, c’était son rêve qu’il a toujours poursuivi, déjà en parallèle de ses études d’ingénieur pour finalement y accéder et devenir pilote chez Air Glacier.

<div>Sa mort tragique et prématurée nous laisse tous sous le choc. Lors de ses obsèques, des centaines de personnes sont venue lui rendre hommage, montrant comme il était estimé et aimé. Nous qui aimions Jérôme, nous aimons aussi sa famille Mélanie, Romy et Ava et nous souhaitons être présents et en les aidant à avancer, à surmonter les moments difficiles de cette déchirante séparation.

<div>Pour toutes les personnes qui ont demandé : « Dis-nous si on peut faire quelque chose. » et pour celles qui sont touchées par cette histoire, je crée cette cagnotte.

<div>Tous les dons qui seront faits iront à Mélanie. J’espère l’aider à alléger les charges financières présentes et futures auxquelles elle devra faire face et ainsi lui permettre de passer sereinement le plus possible de temps avec ses filles.

<div>On April 2, 2024, we’ve learned that our friend Jérôme Lovey, 34, died tragically in a helicopter accident while dropping off customers at the summit of the Petit Combin. He leaves behind his partner Mélanie and his two young daughters, Ava (3) and Romy (1).

<div>We all loved Jérôme very much, he was a true friend. He was always there when we needed him. A perfectionist who had attention to detail and kept his mind focused to his projects, he didn't want to leave anything to chance.
</div>

<div>He loved the mountains, his girlfriend Mélanie and his daughters. His good humor and love for life left no one indifferent. He also loved flying. Ever since he was a young boy, it had been a dream he'd always pursued, in parallel to his engineering studies, before finally achieving his dream and becoming a pilot with Air Glacier.

<div>His tragic and premature death leaves us all in shock. At his funeral, hundreds of people came to pay tribute to him, showing how much he was esteemed and loved. We, who loved Jérôme, also love his family, Mélanie, Romy and Ava, and we wish to be present to help them move forward and overcome the difficult moments of this heartbreaking separation.

<div>For all the people who have asked: "Tell us if there's anything we can do" and for those who are touched by this story, I'm creating this fund.

<div>All donations will go to Melanie. I hope to help her alleviate the present and future financial burdens she will have to face, and thus enable her to spend as much time as possible with her daughters in financial security.
